If the institution allows, you may be able to view past courses.
If you click Courses then all courses, you'll see a list of courses in which your student is and was enrolled. The past enrollments will be at the bottom of the list. The course's term will also be listed.
Each institution sets permissions in its own way. If you are able to click (and open) the title of the course, you will be able to see the content. If not, you'll need to contact the teacher of the course to request the information. There's even a chance that the teacher cannot reopen the course, but it's a starting point.
