[ARCHIVED] Picture on individual courses - Dashboard view

When looking at my dashboard and seeing all my courses, I know I can change the color of each courses box. However, at a Canvas training, I was shown how I could also upload a picture there instead. I cannot remember how to do this nor have I been able to find instructions in the guides available. Can anyone help?

You can even add gifs - but beware of having too many flashing gifs on the dashboard. It can be a bit much.
