Is there a polling link available for Professors to ask questions such as how familiar you are with a particular subject?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Here's a great answer by @9927744 to the same question.
Hello Marc Coronado and welcome to the Community; we're glad you're here! I first thought of Likert scale polls when I read your question, and thought of this document: How do I create Likert scale quiz questions?
Also, a similar question was answered earlier (Quizes and surveys ). If the first link didn't help, maybe this one will. 🙂
Please feel free to reach out again if this doesn't answer your question.

Surveys built within Canvas Quizzes is a great solution!
I've had success with embedding items from www.polleverywhere.com as well. It's easy to provide options for students as they answer either online or with a text message.
The Canvas Polls app, while a little older is another idea if everyone has a mobile device. The results cannot be seen through the browser, nor can students vote through a browser. It's app-specific.
This doesn't really answer the question. I'm looking for polling, not a quiz. Ask a question and get some real time feedback. A survey or quiz just doesn't do that.
Agreed. What is the answer to how to add a poll to a Canvas site.
