I would like to design a quiz which has the following multiple choice question type. Currently I do not see an option to implement this.

Hello there, @prof_aro ...

I was able to mirror all parts of your quiz question using Classic Quizzes in Canvas.

For the second and the fourth answer choices, you may need to click on the pencil icon at the far right of each answer choice to launch the Rich Content Editor (RCE) which will allow you to use the super-script and sub-script tools.  For the third possible answer, I created all of that using the equation editor in the RCE ... so that is why the text looks a little different than the other three options.

I have another issue. While setting up a quiz, for the multiple dropdown option, if the answers are long then they fall outside of the screen and hence become unreadable. Any solutions?

Hello again, @prof_aro ...

Thanks for your additional question.  In looking at the image you posted, this does not appear to be a "Multiple Dropdowns" question type.  Rather, in my own testing within my sandbox course, I think you are using a "Matching" question type ... based on how the two columns are showing.  When you create/edit this question, try reversing the order of how you have things displayed.  On the left side, that's where you want to put those longer definitions.  On the right side, you'll put those shorter keywords/terms.  That way, your drop-down lists will be much shorter, and you won't run into the issue of text getting cut off on the side of the screen.  Here's an example of what this would look like:
