[ARCHIVED] Re-ordering in HELP menu?

I tried to customized the Help menu by adding in a link through "Settings" >> "Custom links to include in the help dialog popup". And this new link appeared as the "third" one among the 5 links in the popup menu. I want to move it to the "first" position instead of the "third", is it possible to re-order the link in the Help menu but not just by default?

 @adachung_ihub ​, since customizing the global help menu is something that only Canvas Admins can do, I'm moving this question to the Canvas Admins​ group. If you're not already a member of that group, joining is just a few clicks away.

Based on  @scottdennis ​' most recent comment on a feature idea, https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/6180#comment-55458, it looks like it's possible to get the items re-ordered, but you have to contact your CSM.
