[ARCHIVED] Recovering deleted exam, tried the undelete trick, didnt work.

Situation:

Students take 2 versions of the same exam. I upload the exams from a sand box. Once I upload the exams, students take them and the grade appears in the grade book, no problem...Here is my dilemma. I went back to the same shell and renamed the original exam and changed a few of the settings. When I imported the "new" exam to which I had made changes, the other exam scores disappeared. I have already tried to do the undelete, but it does not work. I need to retrieve an assignment that was copied over by another assignment.

Hi @gizelle_davis. I could picture how that happened. Most frustrating for you.

I suspect this might be a tricky one to remedy.

Perhaps Canvas Support can retrieve this for you? Keep in mind that they are under a lot of pressure at the moment so the reply will not be instant. However, they've been remarkably good with helping all things considered.
