[ARCHIVED] Retrieval of lost post

Hi I was typing a discussion post onto the dashboard and it suddenly disappeared. I do not know where or how to retrieve it. Can you help me with this issue?

 @thandiwe_khonje , greetings! Unfortunately, right now there isn't anything that can be done to retrieve this. Hi Kona,

Although it was distressing to have to repeat my posting of the work I lost I am pleased to hear that canvas is being worked on to avoid this sort of loss in the future. It will bring it on par with other dashboards that allow safe posting of assignments. They also allow partial posting with a pausing facility so that a student can return to work that was started on the dashboard. Thank you for taking time to address my concern.
