I haven't looked at it lately, but is it their Canvas ID#?
Yes it is. Hoping someone out there has had luck replacing these with their campus SIS ID's.
@amandataintor I agree, it looks like Roll Call missed a field.
They allow you to specify a student SIS ID when configuring the report, and include the course SIS ID when they generate the report, but for some reason do not include the student SIS ID in the report. Why??
This doesn't make any sense : )
It was a very disappointing discovery, especially since it was completely missed until AFTER instructors submitted their attendance reports this semester.
We are giving the Canvas Admins area a little bit of love (especially questions that are really, really old) and just want to check in with you. This will also bring this question new attention.

The student ID from the attendance report still does not match the student ID in our SIS system. Do we know where the student ID that is in the attendance report is generated from or how to get the correct student ID into the attendance report?
