Two teachers have sent me shared content but I cannot preview or import. Is there something else that I need to do to get it to import and preview?

Can you please provide some additional details on how the other two teachers shared content with you?  Did they share content with you via Canvas Commons?  Did they use the relatively new "Direct Share" option?  Any additional information from you would be helpful so that Community members can continue to help you with your question...thanks!
