[ARCHIVED] Show Correct Answers Immediately set but student result showing as muted

We have a quiz with no time limit and no end date set with the Show Correct Answers Immediately set but for some reason we have one student that is showing the quiz as muted rather than giving the answers. I have checked the config and run through the quiz as a test user and it all works correctly.
Open to suggestions on why this one student would get the muted indicator....

Hi @ross_gailer,
That's weird that it's only happening to one of your students. I'd recommend checking that you're using an automatic grade posting policy for the quiz, otherwise students won't be able to view answers until you've posted grades. If that doesn't fix it, you may want to reach out to Canvas Support. They can look at your Canvas instance to determine what's going on.
