I am trying to grade an assignment in Canvas but the SpeedGrade screen is stuck on the Loading Screen. How do I get SpeedgGrader to work?

I would simply close your browser, then reopen it and tray again!

Hi, all.  I'm trying to grade my first on-line test in Canvas.  There are some aspects of the test I need to manually grade.  However, when I try to look at the test in SpeedGrader I just get the message "loading" spinning and spinning now for about 10 minutes.  What's up?  One detail: when I first went into the "moderate" function of the test, I clicked on "submit" for the one student who has taken the test.  Maybe I shouldn't have done that?

Clueless.

(A few minutes later...)  OK.  I closed Canvas, reopened it and the SpeedGrader loaded fine.  Thanks!

Hello!

I am having the same problem. Clearing cookies and cached files worked before but not this time. I even tried opening Canvas in an incognito window, but it did not work either. What should I do?

I did the same thing -- closed and opened browser; opened in new browser; cleared cookies and cached files; opened in an incognito window. Still spins.
