[ARCHIVED] Status of Assignments that do not require file submission (in mobile app)
It appears that the status of assignments that do not require file submission appear in the mobile app with the Student mobile app as 'Not Submitted'.
This can be misleading for students who are possibly alarmed to think that they have not completed an assignment when there is not a requirement to do so.
Is there any possible workaround for this or is this to be classified as a feature request?
If an assignment's submission type has been set to "No Submission", that is the only way the "Not Submitted" status won't appear in the mobile app. The status remains if the submission type is On Paper, External Tool, and Online (even if it doesn't require a file upload).
