[ARCHIVED] Student unable to see assigned quiz questions

As a math teacher, I'm using the free version to have students enroll so I can give evaluations (quiz/test) and have it time out.  I have 88 students who have enrolled, of those, 6 can not see any of the given questions.  Struggling to find a solution for these students.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kristen,

If most of your student can see your course content but a few cannot my first suspicion is that they are using out of date, unsupported web browsers and/or operating systems.  Please have them check their equipment against https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10461-supported-web-browsers

Thank you so much for your response. I did figure that out and most students did update their iOS however, one particular student says she is still struggling and has not had any luck. Thank you for reaching out during this very bizarre adjustment.

Hi Kristen,

I checked on that student that we discussed (name redacted).  As of this afternoon she has been logging into Canvas using Safari V.11 (not supported).  She will need to use a different browser or update Safari in order to proceed.
