[ARCHIVED] Students No Longer Visible in Gradebook for Past Course

One of our on-campus instructors is having trouble accessing grades for students for Fall 2020 courses in Canvas. As an admin, I went into her courses to view her gradebooks, and the students previously enrolled in these courses are gone. No grades or names are visible. Student names/grades ARE visible in Gradebook History, but this gives a list of ALL grades without providing their Final Average (which is what she mainly needs).
I tried both changing and removing the end date of one course to see if this would bring students back to the Gradebook. No luck. Then, I tried "Showing" both Inactive and Concluded enrollments within the Gradebook. Nothing.
I have even tried exporting the grades for one course as a spreadsheet, but this STILL does not provide student grades!
What am I overlooking here?

Hi @JLParish
I would contact whomever is responsible for enrolling students in courses. It sounds like the students were unenrolled from the course. Putting them back in should repopulate the gradebook.
