[ARCHIVED] Students are Missing Courses

We just launched Canvas last week.  I published my Week 1 and published all of my modules.  My students do not have the modules.  It is not popping up on their end.  The only module showing is the Parent Help Module.  Does my admin. have to publish the school as a whole?  What is going on?

Hi  @ccarver ,

I took a look at your courses and was able to see Week 1 modules in your math and reading group courses as a student. If your students are not able to see those, I'd recommend having them check that they are using a supported internet browser (for more information, see Which browsers does Canvas support?). 

The three other courses in which you're enrolled as a teacher have not been published, so students won't be able to see those modules. To learn more about publishing your courses, see How do I publish a course? If you have any other questions, please reach out!
