Is there a way to post one Canvas Studio video in several groups, and let the comments be contained within the group? Not visible for other groups.

This feature is currently unavailable. However, there is an Idea Conversation open for discussion. I encourage you to join the discussion and rate (star) it. Separate Studio Comments in Group Discussions
