[ARCHIVED] Studynet/canvas logging out error

Dear Team,
I have noticed an error message occurring when signing out of studynet. Attached is the screenshots.
Please can you advise on the this error and whether my studynet hour have been lost? Would I need to contact anybody else?

I looking at that error message the first thing I note is that it advises you to "contact your system administrator". This is a global community of Canvas users, and not your school's Canvas Admin/Support department; and as such, we are unable to help you, because we only have access to our own systems and courses.
