[ARCHIVED] Testing Mastery Paths: student view verses student account

Has anyone tested whether there's a difference between student view and using an actual student account when testing mastery paths? From my experience and reading community posts MPs appears to be buggy and/or tricky neither of which makes it a feature to rely on.

But I was wondering if the problems (w/o solutions) I'm encountering when I use student view are because it's not fully functioning for this feature.

@saurilio In case this is still helpful for you or future readers of this post, there is a known issue when using Student View with New Quizzes (which we were trying to leverage for mastery paths). Support explained it as a basic incompatibility with LTI tools (which is how New Quizzes is built) and Student View. If your mastery paths leverage New Quizzes or other LTI tools, you may hit the same limitation.
