The fact that you can't change it doesn't change it. The reason seems to be that I set up the theme login screen before switching storage to S3 and I lost the path.
By creating a path to the image I initially set up in S3, I was able to display the previous logo.
However, when I create a new login screen for the theme, I get an error when I set up the image.
That's as far as my technical skills go. Developers, please help me with the rest.
