I have switched browsers (from Explorer to Chrome)--and the boxes are still grey--but not flickering.  What should i try now?

Hi Patricia,

I see that you are using version 33 of Chrome.  My advice at this point would be to update to a more recent version of Chrome.  You can learn more about what is supported in this guide.
