[ARCHIVED] Trouble with Conferzoom, shut down

I've been having trouble watching my recorded lectures through Conferzoom. Every time I watch a lecture the video plays for a while and then my computer shuts down randomly. At first, I thought it was my Macbook Pro glitching but then I noticed that it only happens when I am on the website, and it ended up doing the same thing when I tried using it on a different Macbook. I'm not sure why this is happening but it's super annoying.

ConferZoom is not a Canvas product; it's a specialized conferencing tool used by the California Community College System, as detailed near the bottom of Web Conferencing Resources . Your best course of action would be to use the pathway to support provided by your school to request assistance if you haven't already.
