I accidentally deleted a recorded conference. Is there a way to undelete it? I tried the method of including /undelete at the end of the course url. The conference was not available to be recovered. Help?

Hi Brandon,
I'm sorry to hear that you accidentally deleted your recorded conference. It doesn't surprise me that conferences aren't an option when you try adding /undelete to your course url as conferences are not native to Canvas. If you are using BBB conferences its possible (I don't know for sure) that Support could do something to get it back. Have you tried submitting a ticket?

Thank you for your response. I went ahead and re-recorded the conference I lost. Luckily, it was only an 8 minute reading of the text my students are working on.
Oh, thats good - Glad to hear you didn't have a huge recording to redo. I went ahead and marked this Assumed Answered, not because we have a way to undelete conferences but simply to differentiate it from questions where people are actively seeking an answer.
