We have an existing app on the EduAppCenter. We were wondering how updates work and how long do they usually take?

Hi, I think the best way to find out about updates would be to visit the "Updates" section in the Edu App Center here https://www.eduappcenter.com/updates.  In addition, you can contact the Edu App Center directly on Twitter by tweeting @eduappcenter.
