Hi Kristi,
I haven't used ExamView for a while and don't have a copy to get the exact steps, but I'll try to provide the general process.
In ExamView look to see what your export options are. If there is an option for a QTI zip file, that is what you want. Blackboard is another option that should work.
Once you've done that follow the instructions in the appropriate link below to import into Canvas.
