Hello everybody.

I am facing a problem with videos in android app. instead of video i am getting a grey box. What sort of actions i need to do?

Sorry to hear the app is giving you issues. It's difficult to troubleshoot this without knowing how the video was embedded in the course or what method was used to upload the video to the course. If you are a student, I would suggest reaching out to the teacher or your local support. If a teacher, I would like to know how the video is being embedded and what service is being used (YouTube, Canvas upload, etc.). Thanks.

  Your explanation (that the issues could be the result of a mismatch of some kind) seems plausible.  Did you ever narrow it down?  I am just starting a course and was planning on relying on my mobile device to make the most of my time.  I really hope this isn't an ongoing issue that isn't resolved from more than a year ago.
