What is the join code?

I tried to get a canvas student account. On the sign up step, ıt asks me a "join code".

How can ı get a join code, what is it? I'm about to get crazy........

Hi Aylin,

The "join code" is something that your teacher will give you to allow you to create an account and enroll in their course in Canvas.  You will need this in order to create a student account, since you can't have a student account without being in a class in Canvas (at least, not the public "free for teachers" Canvas at https://canvas.instructure.com ).
