Those are both external tools that can be added by the instructor (if the permissions allow) or the Canvas Administrator. The names are picked by the person who installed them, so hopefully they pick good names. I could, theoretically, take the GeoGebra tool and call it Google and Canvas wouldn't care.
Given that, I'm going to go off the description.
The first one is a Canvas integration that allows you to use Google Cloud assignments within Canvas -- Shar linked to resources about those.
The second one is actually a Google Product as part of their Education package. Assignments | Google for Education
