[ARCHIVED] When I log onto canvas using my macbook, the content on my dashboard, courses, and calendar are blank. I have accessed it previously on different computers. How do I fix it?

Can't see context in canvas.

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

I would recommend changing browsers on that computer.  I would recommend using Chrome or Firefox.

Here are some troubleshooting steps:

 

If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
