Based on the email address associated with your profile, it appears that you're using a Free For Teachers account. Free accounts do not come with admin privileges and users of the free product do not have a CSM. The PDF included in the Canvas Account Comparisons PDF - Canvas Community shows what is available to paid and free users respectively.
If your school is currently in the process of exploring or piloting a paid instance of Canvas, please give us additional information such as the name of your college so we can continue to investigate on your behalf.
