Good day! I was wondering why after successfully creating Google LTI documents in Collaborations in my five courses, I am now receiving an error 401 message when I try to create new docs. I also noticed that the names of my students in the add collaborators section are gone? My internet connection is good. I wonder what is causing the error. Can somebody help me please? Thank you very much.

Hi @Joex1 ,
While I'm not sure why the error is happening, I can at least tell you we're seeing the same thing at my institution. I'd suggest creating a ticket with Canvas Support if you have the ability to. We are doing that here for each user who reports the problem to us.

Hi guys, I've had the same issue. If anyone has a response with a solution from Instructure please update!
Having the same issue, not always but at times with no explanation. It's happening more on safari than chrome browsers.
I have a prof that has the same issue. He says it's been happening the last few weeks. I can replicate the error when I masquerade as him using Chrome. I'm going to put in a ticket with CS but logging it here in case someone has a solution.
