[ARCHIVED] Why isn't it launching on my Ipad?

I'm having problems when I try to access My lab and mastering and Cengage through canvas on my Ipad. When I click on the link it says "cannot locate launch request, please try again." When I pull up on a computer at school it doesn't say it and it pulls up with no problem.

Hi @dlamb04 . Since you're describing 3rd party tools from Pearson and Cengage, our ability to assist with this question will be limited. I would recommend communicating with your school's support and/or the support departments of Pearson and Cengage to ensure mobile devices are supported. This may simply be a limitation of those 3rd party tools.
