You have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users much like yourself, except some of us are teachers, some of us are admins, and some of us are students; however, none of us can access any courses or accounts besides our own. We are unable to trouble-shoot this for you. Your best bet is to contact the Wake County Public School System directly or your actual school.
