Is it possible to add color to module headings or to the files in a module?

Hi, Susan Moss and welcome to the Canvas community!

I am going to quote  @KristinL ‌ here as she answered a similar question previously.

There is not a way to change the color or embed a photo behind the module information. I think the design is meant to be simple to improve accessibility. If there's something you'd like to feature within the module, emoji's can be a great way to add to a Text Header or other title. (In a comment under a blog of mine, I demonstrate how to do this.)
