This is something that you might need to contact your textbook publisher for. Most of the etext integrations are provided by the publishers and typically need to be looked at from their end.

As @Robbie_Grant said, it is always best to contact the publisher. We have faculty at our school that also use LaunchPad, and because LaunchPad does not include a school-level admin function, we are unable to help them.
