I am unable to access commons while using canvas for free

Hi  @saimaminhas14  Welcome to the Canvas Community. 

According to this guide all users in Free For Teacher have access to Commons What is Canvas Commons?  

However, it does state that 

To access Commons, you need to have an email address associated with your Canvas account.

Could this be your issue?

If not then I would reach out to Canvas Support.
