[ARCHIVED] canvas student app- Home Page buttons not visible.

Students are unable to see my Home Page buttons on their phones' Canvas App. 

I can see them just fine in student view on my canvas app. 

Students can see them on their Chromebooks. 

Any solutions?

Hi - Are students experiencing this issue with other images in your course or just the home page? Are these students iOS or Android users?

Just the homepage. The buttons are downloaded jpegs, that were uploaded into canvas.

COuld they Make sure that "prevent cross-site tracking" is enabled?

They did, it is enabled.

Just to verify, the students adjusted this setting in the Canvas Student settings under iOS settings?

If that doesn't solve the issue, then you will want to report this to your local tech support so they can create a Canvas support ticket.
