i just recently bought a new laptop and when i log into my inside bc account i can not see any of my assignments in one of my classes ,but when i log into a different device  i can see all my assignments . what do i do ?

 @olivia_stark369 , greetings! What internet browser are you using? My recommendation is to try switching to a different one (Chrome or Firefox) and see if that helps. If not, then I'd recommend contacting Canvas Support to see if they can help. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem.
