The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
The guide asks one to go to courses and click on the "concluded courses" button. No such button is found on the course listing page?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Each school and instructor can determine how long courses are available for students/participants after the last day of the course. Since this is unique to your situation, I encourage you to reach out to the instructor directly.
Hi @Francisco_Gomez -
Could you share which lesson you're referencing as you look for Concluded Courses? What are you trying to accomplish?
I had VMD 105, Visual Media Digital Skills last semester (Winter 2001). I wanted to check my final grade.

That's fine, but I think the instructions for accessing "concluded courses" need to reflect the fact that that feature has an expiration date. I will post the link to those instructions here. How do I view my grades in a concluded course?
Thanks for your input

Hi there, @Francisco_Gomez ...
If you feel that the Guide you linked to could use some clarification, you can make suggestions which will get submitted to the Canvas Documentation Team at Instructure. To make suggestions, at the bottom of that Guide, you'll find a link under the two red buttons to "share your feedback". Fill out the form on that page, and the Documentation Team will review your suggestions to determine if anything is unclear or could use revision.
Hope this helps!
Hi Francisco,
To see your final grade for any course, go to your student record. You'll be able access your student records through your college's website. I'm a community college instructor, and we enter grades into our college's SIS system. My students' Canvas sites show them their final grade percentage, but not their final grades.
My college closes off access to Canvas courses at the end of every semester. This is done college-wide. I always tell my students to check their grades and save their work before the course is removed from their Dashboards. Since you no longer have access to the course you took, I suggest that you contact your professor.
This is not something that "Canvas," as a computer program, does. We can't help you here.
