Good afternoon, @45371 ...

You may or may not be able to delete the sandbox course that you created.  This would depend on permissions set by your school's local Canvas administrator.  So, if you are not able to delete a course on your own, you may need to contact someone at your school to help you out with this.  Here is a Guide that should help: How do I delete a course as an instructor? - Instructure Community.
