[ARCHIVED] lti 1.3 tool launch not receving custom parameter from thin common cartridge resource file

tcc package imported to canvas course and on launch 1.3 tool that resource custom value are not receiving on launch .

for every resource file we are adding custom sku i.e

<blti:custom>
<lticm:property name="sku">X45352</lticm:property>
</blti:custom>

but this custom sku is not getting in custom claims on launch

I, also, would like to know if there is a special configuration I need to implement in order for the custom parameters from my thin common cartridge to be appended to the LTI 1.3/Advantage launch request.
