I do feel for you @rebeca924638 . I had a look at your school's Canvas information here YCCD - Canvas and their suggestion if Canvas support is required is to use the chat function.
It's great that your school has invested in this as when you are in the chat your agent will be able to act as you and figure out what's going on.
This is what you do:
- In the bottom left hand side of your screen is a Help button. (Looks like a big question mark in a circle)
- Click on that
- This will show a menu of help options
- Select Chat with Canvas Support
- Click Start Chat
Your agent will be with you pretty quickly and probably ask for the URL of your course to gain access.
Fingers crossed they will be able to get to the bottom of it.
