First things first, as of last Saturday (1/18/20) you no longer have an "Old" gradebook, just the new gradebook, and if you have graded assignments in your courses, they should be represented by Grading columns in your New Gradebooks. There is nothing to move over, and no place to move things from.
So, is it your assignments that are missing or is it the scores for those assignments you have already graded that are missing?
If your assignment columns are missing in your gradebook, then you will need to contact Canvas Support.
