[ARCHIVED] originality check issues

I have been trying to perform an originality check and it has not been generating a preview. It just says "issue summary". Is there anything someone can do to help? I really want to check the originality before submitting my paper.

As Canvas does not have a native originality checker tool could you be more specific about which third party tool you are using?
