When creating a quiz, I click the icon "insert math equation". the icon appears where it should be but below the whole quiz text and corrupted: with a large width and not workable. It is interesting it happens only with this quiz; with others it works properly. Please advise.
Hi
Have you tried a different browser? If that works then maybe clear the cache in the browser that fails.
Thank you for the prompt response. Yes, I tried another browser – the same. The point is that in the same browser but for other quizzes it works. Only for one quiz: I click the “math-equation” button, it doesn’t react, but if I scroll down, I see a corrupted open math window after the whole quiz.

That is very strange. Please open that quiz up so you see the error again and use the 'help' menu on the left hand side of Canvas to "report a problem" and submit a support case.

Thank you very much for your response. It is the same in another browser , and I sent a message about the problem to Canvas (in the way you pointed out) but they wrote that they delay responses due to coronavirus and I did not get anything yet. So, I just set up another quiz and moved the content to this quiz (by copying). In the new quiz I do not this problem yet.
Thanks again.
