I'm unable to start a recording

Hello there, @RuthGarcia2 ...

I think we'll need a bit more information from you in order to help troubleshoot this issue.  Are you an instructor or a student?  Can you please tell us where in your Canvas course you are trying to record a video?  If possible, can you provide a screenshot or two?  Or, can you provide some steps that you are currently taking in your course to try and record a video?  Also, it would help to know if you are on a PC or Mac.
