[ARCHIVED] teacher has repeating request for survey on dashboard

Got this from a teacher - Not sure what is going on. I am a Canvas admin. How do we get this survey to stop popping up on his dashboard? Also, two survey links are appearing so something is not right.

That sounds very strange, @cclowes. I'd recommend, if you haven't already, to report this behavior to Canvas Support. They can take a look at that professor's Canvas instance and troubleshoot possible causes and solutions.
