We are using Canvas for the first time at our college and we, as teachers, have already given online quizzes and finals to our students and submitted our final grades to administration. However, the administration of the college is asking us to send them each individual student's quiz submissions that will show all the questions of the quiz along with how the student answered each question, whether they answered correctly or incorrectly, and their final grades; all in a PDF file for each quiz, for each student. Is this possible?
I tried to go to the quiz link in the menu on the left of the Canvas screen and selected the individual quiz. After that, I clicked on Speed Grader which took me to each individual student's submission of the quiz that showed each question with the students answers and their final grade; this is what they want to see for each student as a PDF file, so I tried to save this as a PDF. However, it wouldn't save the entire test, only the portion of what would fit on one page.
Again, my question is: How can I save the entire quiz submission of each student with their answers and final grade as a PDF to send to the administration of the college?

Thank You -- it's not every day I learn something new and recognize it at the time. I always go to the Quiz and click on Moderate Quiz to get the list of students.
When I have had students come up to me after class and ask about a question on their quiz, I had to have them turn their eyes (or turn my monitor) while I got to their quiz. This way, I can get there without having to worry about them seeing the scores for the other students. I will probably forget this since I'm taking the summer off and there's a high likelihood we'll be online for at least the fall term, but it's still good to know.
@James - It's a view I like to use (the 3 dots, Show student Quiz Results) because it's the quickest way to see who has and hasn't completed an exam yet. Especially with a large class going to Moderate or Speedgrader can be cumbersome. My primary purpose though is to get to the quiz log that way. I find it easier to view when not in speedgrader and similar to this question; if you need a PDF it's easier to generate one of the quiz log in this view.

Thank you, Rick. Your instructions were clear and it worked like a charm! This is greatly appreciated. ![]()
Hi,
Do you know if it is also possible to pull up quiz results outside the frame environment in Quizzes.Next (New quiz tool in Canvas)? Trying to print quiz results but can only save or print one page at a time. Is there a solution for the new tool?
Thanks!
