Cannot Upload Webcam videos on Desktop

Hello,

It seems like Canvas is currently unable to upload webcam videos. Using a Mac with Safari & Chrome and different laptops there is issue, Safari just exists the webcam window when trying to save and Chrome gives an "Something went wrong accessing your webcam." error message.

Uploading saved videos has no issue, and on mobile recording videos also work, it's just on a laptop where recording a webcam video does not work.

@mzkm  This may be related to a known issue with users of a specific version of Chrome:  Unable to record media with Record/Upload Media to...  Thus far, I haven't seen mention of this from Safari users. Would you please submit a case so that our support team can investigate the environment? General instructions for contacting support are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?  and How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?  depending on your role, and your school may provide its own custom pathway to support.
