Canvas recording

How do I enable Canvas messaging to access my laptop microphone. I'm wanting to add a recording to an all-students' message but the button says "Please allow Canvas to access your microphone and webcam"

One of these two guides will get you there depending on which Rich Content Editor (RCE) your school is using.................

You will be able to tell which RCE your school uses from the pictures in the guides, or simply ask your Canvas Admin/Support department at your school.
