Just wondering when training events will be posted to Instructure Events?

Hello Helen,

I apologize for the confusion during this time of transition to make training more flexible.  Canvas Training Services notified institutions in November, 2019, that the Subscription Training Access was moving to your help menu.  Also, we notified Canvas Admins that the CY Sales Portal (referenced in your image) would be shutting down as of January 31st.  Here is a guide on how to find and sign up for webinars in the new portal.  Below are additional resources that have been shared.  If you are still experiencing access issues, check in first with your Canvas Admin to ensure that the Training Portal link in your help menu has been made available.
